By hiring us, you enter into a binding service agreement. The scope of work, schedule, and specific services to be provided will be outlined in the service contract. It is imperative that both parties agree to the terms specified therein.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3.2 Refunds

6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

6.1 Property Access
Clients must ensure that our team has unrestricted access to the areas requiring service. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
7. Changes to Terms

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Leyton.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardening Services Leyton against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Any third-party services or products recommended by us are provided as a convenience. We do not assume liability for the performance or actions of these third parties.
13. Force Majeure
